In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the sio88 website accessible at https://sio88.bio, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and any associated software or services provided by sio88.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the sio88 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by You on the Platform, through which You access gaming services and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real money funds held in Your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• "IDR" / "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Restricted Activity" means any conduct prohibited under Clause 8 of these Terms.
• "We" / "Us" / "Our" means sio88 and its operating entity, including authorized agents and representatives.

To register and maintain an Account on sio88, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sio88 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any point during Your use of the Platform.
• You must be an individual person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal persons are not eligible to hold a Player Account.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits You from participating in online gaming.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to You in Your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law, where it is Your sole responsibility to determine the legality of such access.
• You must not be listed on any financial sanctions list, politically exposed persons (PEP) list, or similar regulatory watchlist that would prevent sio88 from lawfully servicing Your Account.

sio88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be confirmed. Any funds held in an ineligible Account are subject to review and may be withheld pending investigation.

Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account on the sio88 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. sio88 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your Account credentials, including Your username and password. You must not share Your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted under Your Account credentials is Your sole responsibility, whether or not You authorized that activity.

If You suspect that Your Account credentials have been compromised, You must notify sio88's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. sio88 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account but cannot be held liable for unauthorized access prior to notification.

sio88 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a Player has provided false information, is engaging in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

sio88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposits, or periodic compliance reviews.

Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document — Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driving license.
• Proof of residential address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing Your full name and address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used — a photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) registered in Your name.
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by sio88's compliance team.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by sio88 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, the closure of the Account. sio88 handles all KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All deposits to Your sio88 Account must originate from a payment method registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account held by another person — are strictly prohibited and may be reversed upon detection. sio88 bears no liability for funds lost during unauthorized third-party deposit attempts.

The following deposit channels are currently supported:

• Local Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata — via virtual account numbers generated at the time of each deposit request.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum single deposit is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit. sio88 does not impose processing fees on standard deposits; however, Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which sio88 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to Your Account within minutes of confirmed bank receipt. In the event of a delay exceeding sixty (60) minutes, You should contact sio88 support with Your deposit reference number and transaction timestamp. sio88 will investigate and, if the deposit is confirmed by the relevant financial institution, credit the amount to Your Account promptly.

sio88 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe originates from unlawful activity, a restricted payment method, or a payment method not registered in the Player's name.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in Your own name and matching the payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. sio88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the destination account before processing any withdrawal.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your Account must have passed the applicable KYC verification level for the requested withdrawal amount.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds in Your Account must have been met, or the Bonus Funds forfeited, before the corresponding real-money balance is released for withdrawal.
• Your Account must be in good standing — not subject to any active investigation, fraud review, or compliance hold.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts targeting Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within three (3) minutes during operational hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are similarly processed within minutes. Withdrawals submitted outside of banking system operational hours may experience processing delays attributable to the receiving institution.

sio88 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, are inconsistent with the Player's typical transaction history, or trigger automated risk alerts. Such reviews will be completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the withdrawal request, and the Player will be notified if additional documentation is required.

sio88 offers a range of promotional incentives, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to Indonesian public holidays and major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion description. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Validity Period: All bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Specific contribution percentages per game category will be published in the promotion's terms. Generally, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino products may contribute at a lower percentage.
• One Bonus Per Household / IP Address: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Evidence of coordinated multi-account bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions may cap the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Where applicable, this cap will be stated in the promotion terms.
• sio88's Right to Modify Promotions: sio88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring any bonus already credited to a Player's Account at the time of modification.

Players who are found to be exploiting promotions — through bet hedging, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated multi-account play — will have their bonus eligibility revoked and may have their accounts permanently suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sio88 Platform. Any Player found to be engaging in Restricted Activity is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with sio88.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or opening an Account after a previous Account has been permanently closed by sio88.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime regulations.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction with Your bank or payment provider.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or place bets on the Platform without prior written consent from sio88.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software for personal gain. Any winnings generated through a demonstrable technical fault may be voided.
• Colluding with other Players, sharing information in real time during live games, or engaging in any form of coordinated cheating.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward sio88 staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions in place at the time of access.

All content on the sio88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of sio88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The sio88 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of sio88.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of sio88.

sio88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account and using the Platform, You consent to the collection and use of Your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sio88 will not sell, rent, or share Your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required to operate the Platform (e.g., payment processing, identity verification), comply with legal obligations, or protect the legitimate interests of sio88 and its Players.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party service failures are outside sio88's direct control. sio88 will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance and to restore service as quickly as practicable following unplanned outages.

sio88 is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, or hardware problems on Your end that may prevent or disrupt Your access to the Platform.

Termination by You: You may close Your Account at any time by contacting sio88's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to closure, You must withdraw any available real-money balance. Any active Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Termination by sio88: sio88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any point.
• Your Account activity poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to sio88.
• You are engaging in any Restricted Activity as defined in Clause 8.
• Continuation of Your Account would conflict with sio88's obligations under applicable law or the instructions of any regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, any balance in Your Account (including both real-money and Bonus Funds) may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Following the conclusion of the investigation, legitimate real-money balances will be returned to You via Your registered payment method, unless subject to a court order or regulatory hold.

sio88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree to the amended Terms, You must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
